4. agree not to share the access to ET's System or disclose the information contained therein to anyone and shall further hold the Bank, its principals, directors, officers, employees, sponsors and representatives harmless against any liability or loss from such sharing or disclosure.  
5. consent to the Bank disclosing your Facebook username and email address to ET for the purpose of accessing to ET's private Facebook page and you further agree that this consent shall be valid for as long as you continue having access to the same. You may however revoke this consent by giving us 3 market days’ written notice and you will not be able to access to ET’s private Facebook page thereafter.
